Setup Voicemail in MS Teams Calling

When callers can’t reach you in MS Teams - the caller can be asked to leave a voicemail. Here’s how to set up your greeting and how long to ring, etc.

Instructions

To configure your voicemail settings in Teams, click the three dots to the left of your profile picture and select Settings (see below) :

Click on Calls then click Configure voicemail (see below)

From here, you can record a greeting, set up rules, configure greeting language, and set up a Text-to-speech greeting.
