View Tickets through FreshService
This article is to show users how to check on and reply to their tickets using FreshService.
1. Navigate to helpdesk.tti.tamu.edu
2. If you are an admin who uses FreshService to work on tickets for others (such as NIS or HR) then click on your icon at the top right and choose "View Support Portal". Otherwise you can skip to step 3 as it should already be the correct screen.
3. Scroll down to see your active tickets that are in your name. You can click on any of those tickets to see the info and send replies.
