Application Blocked By Java Security / Unable to download an Oracle Application

Note: If you're unable to download an Oracle application in myTTI like TTI-IS (Information Systems) while using Chrome, however, you will have to utilize Microsoft Edge to download it instead. Then press the keep option multiple times so it downloads cause it's apparently a super dangerous 🐛.

If an error message while running a Java file, such as frmservlet, is similar to the picture below, the following steps might be beneficial.

1. Go to Control panel > Java > Security tab > Edit site list

2. Add the following exceptions individually:
